Calvin and Hobbes did this gimmick in a commentary about the state of newspaper comics.  They were saying that the funnies were all copy/pasted talking heads.  So I did my own copy/paste here.

It was also partially because I didn’t have any time this week to draw.  I mean, I did a ton of drawing.  At the tower and at a credit card fraud convention.  I like our setup.  Two artists with tv’s showing the work in progress.  It was a long one.  Early mornings.  We didn’t sleep enough for a few days there.
